Hello!
What a wonderful question. Motivation comes and goes. Some days I don’t feel motivated to do a darn thing, and it’s completely normal! The trick is to not depend on it.
What will get you through the times you have no motivation is discipline. I’m not saying to punish yourself, but be real with yourself. Have an actual set plan like “I’m going to the gym X times a week” (make sure you keep it realistic) and if you really don’t want to go, ask yourself why and be honest. Is it because you’re sore? You’re tired? Are you really so tired that you desperately need to take a nap? Or just tired enough that you’re not motivated? Because those are 2 very different kinds of tired.
Give yourself a little pep talk. “Come on. You wanted to work out X times a week and you’re not following through just because you’re a little tired.” If you’re honest with yourself it’s a lot harder to make bad choices. It’s like you’re looking at your goal and everything you could be and going “nah.”
First one was sloppy .. after that were good.
Greatness doesn’t just come from hard work .. consistency is key .. you identify your goal .. respect your goal .. dedicate yourself .. be persistent at being great at your goal .. consistency comes .. then greatness will be inevitable.

Hi dear! Thank you for your message. I agree with you on some things.
It’s true that your weight is NOT a sign of being healthy and it’s also true that it doesn’t indicate the FFM or the LBM. There’re other calculations for that but I don’t have the competence to do it. Also BMR is important. Anyway, BMI is used by specialists and it’s a good parameter.
Also it’s a little risky to say “you’re underweight” or “you’re overweight”, but I prefer to say it, cause if they’re underweight, now they know it and they can be careful about that. If instead they’re overweight, I never said and I never will, to eat less or something like that. I’m always careful about what I say, and if I’m wrong I accept all the criticisms. So thank you for your message cause I thought I was doing something good, but maybe it wasn’t. I always assume that who follows me has some infos about body, fitness and health, but maybe they don’t and I can’t know that. I don’t think I’m a role model anyway, but it should’t mean I don’t have to do my best :)
Thank you again. Have a lovely day xx
